TEDi achieves new record results in the 2024/2025 fiscal year
Dortmund, May 22, 2025 – The Dortmund-based retail company TEDi has concluded its anniversary fiscal year 2024/2025 with record results. For the first time in its 20-year history, Europe's leading non-food discounter achieved gross sales of over €3 billion. The pace of expansion also reached a record high, with over 400 new store openings. The company now has a network of over 3,500 stores in 15 European countries.

Dortmund, 18 March 2025 – The Federal Cartel Office has approved the takeover of the Pfennigpfeiffer shops by TEDi. This will allow the non-food discounter to further expand its presence in Germany and start integrating its store network.
