The opening times could vary from one store to another. You can view the opening times of a store near you using the store locator.

How can I find a TEDi store?

You can use our store locator to find a store near you. Just enter your post code or your area in the search field. The TEDi stores in your region will then be displayed.

Can I order products on the Internet?

Our products are only available in our stores.

What does TEDi offer in its product range?

We have a wide range of products. In addition to promotional merchandise we also have an extensive permanent range of goods in our branches, which are available all year round. Our service covers the following areas:

Is it possible to exchange goods purchased from TEDi?

Yes, you can exchange goods purchased in all TEDi stores without question.

Does TEDi provide gift coupons?

No, we do not have gift coupons for our TEDi stores.

Can I deposit empty batteries at TEDi?

Yes, you can return your empty batteries to TEDi. We will dispose of them properly for you.

Where can I deposit my old electronic items?

In every city or town there are collection points, where you can place your discarded electrical appliances. Please use this service and do not bring old equipment to our stores, as they cannot be disposed of properly there.

Can I make payments with my EC card at your stores?

You can make payments using EC cards at all TEDi stores, provided the billing amount is five euros or more.

Can I become a concessionaire for TEDi (franchising)?

TEDi does not award franchises, but only operates its branches directly themselves.

How is the topic of “Sustainability” integrated into the company development process?

Towards a more sustainable retail company TEDi accepts responsibility for Employees, the Environment, Society and Product Range. Within these four fields of actions activities are established with defined objectives.

Where are TEDi products manufactured?

To offer our customers fair prices, good quality and a varied selection, TEDi works together with suppliers. In fact, we obtain about a third of our goods from business partners in Germany or other member states of the European Union. Just under a quarter of all TEDi products are actually manufactured in Germany or other EU countries. The comparatively short delivery distances and high production standards have a positive impact on the carbon footprint of products.

What role does TEDi play in the working conditions in which purchased goods are produced?

This is of great importance for us: TEDi has therefore prepared a code of conduct for cooperation with its trading partners. It defines the conditions under which our goods are to be produced. In terms of content, the code of conduct is based on the minimum standards formulated by the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

How does TEDi ensure the quality of its products?

TEDi places great emphasis on ensuring that the products we offer do not only have a fair price performance relationship, but also demonstrate good quality. Our Purchasing and Quality Management departments are responsible for this. The latter deals with the testing of our products. In this, the staff follow a three-step process:

  1. Examination before an article is finally produced
  2. Examination prior to delivery of an order
  3. 3.Incoming inspection
